Newsletters is a free, built-in communication tool
The Newsletters tool in Edlio CMS allows you to send mass emails to your school community using rich visual layouts that combine photos, text, headline news, and calendar events.
đĄ Available to Teachers and Staff: Newsletters is not restricted to school administratorsâit is fully available to all teachers and staff members with CMS login accounts. Even better: when parents subscribe to your teacher page or classes on the public website, their emails automatically populate a personal Contact List, giving teachers an instant, ready-to-use recipient audience without any manual list creation!

Getting started with Newsletters
Navigate to Communications > Newsletters in your CMS dashboard.
When opening Newsletters for the first time, click Manage Setup to confirm your sender information (From Name and email address).
Click + New Newsletter to select a layout.
Customize your content, preview on mobile and desktop, and select your recipient lists (such as your auto-populated class subscribers!).
