Posts are a simple and effective way to share quick updates and announcements on your personal page within your school's website. When you create a post, subscribers to your personal page will automatically receive an email notification once per day, keeping them informed about your latest updates.
What Are Posts?
Posts allow you to share timely information directly on your personal page. This feature is perfect for:
Classroom announcements
Assignment reminders
Event updates
Quick news and information sharing
Parent communication
When someone subscribes to your personal page, they'll receive a daily email digest containing all your new posts from that day.
Getting to Your Posts
To access your posts feature, navigate to the Posts section in your content management dashboard. This is where you'll manage all your post content.
Managing Your Posts
Adding a New Post
Creating a new post is straightforward. Simply click the "Add Post" or "New Post" button and enter your content. Your post will be saved and made available on your personal page immediately.
Editing Existing Posts
You can modify any of your existing posts by selecting the edit option. This allows you to update information, correct typos, or add additional details as needed.
Deleting Posts
If you need to remove a post, use the delete function. Once deleted, the post will no longer appear on your personal page or in future email notifications.
How Posts Appear to Visitors
Your posts are displayed on the public-facing version of your personal page on the school website. Visitors can view all your posts when they access your page, making it easy for parents, students, and colleagues to stay updated with your latest information.
The posts appear in chronological order, with the most recent posts showing first, ensuring that your audience always sees your latest updates prominently.
