After you have added content to your newsletter, the next step is choosing your recipients and setting an email subject.
đĄ Teachers â Use Your Auto-Populated Subscriber Lists: If you are a teacher sending a classroom newsletter, you do not need to upload a CSV or type email addresses. When parents subscribe to your teacher page or classes on the website, an existing Contact List is created automatically for you. Simply select your class or personal page list from the dropdown!
Adding recipients
You can add recipients through several methods, and you can combine multiple methods on a single newsletter:
Select an Existing Contact List (Recommended for Teachers): Select an existing list from the dropdown. This includes your auto-populated Personal Page and Class subscriber lists, as well as any custom lists created in Contact Lists or saved from previous uploads.
Upload a New List from a CSV: Upload an external roster or contact spreadsheet. When uploading, you can save the list for future newsletter dispatch.
Type the Name of an Existing List: Quickly search and attach lists by typing their title.
Add Individual Email Addresses: Manually type specific email addresses separated by commas for individual recipients.
Adding an email subject
Enter a clear, concise subject line summarizing your newsletter's purpose (e.g., "Grade 5 Science: Week of Oct 12 Updates & Project Info").
Next step: Set delivery options
Once recipients and subject are in place, click Continue to proceed to Delivery Options where you can send immediately or schedule delivery for later.
