Overview
Your Edlio CMS dashboard provides an easy way to track and manage who receives email updates from your personal pages and class pages. This article explains how to view subscriber counts and manage your contact lists.
Viewing Subscriber Counts
On your Edlio CMS dashboard, you can quickly see how many people are subscribed to:
Your personal page
Individual class pages
This gives you an at-a-glance view of your audience reach without needing to dig into detailed lists.
Understanding Contact Lists
Subscribers are organized into two main categories within Contact Lists:
Personal Pages Lists
Shows who is subscribed to each teacher's personal page
Displays all contacts receiving updates when you post to your personal page
Classes Lists
Shows who is subscribed to each individual class
Displays all contacts receiving updates when you post to that specific class page
Managing Your Subscribers
Within Contact Lists, you have full control over your subscriber base. You can:
Add Subscribers
Manually add new email addresses to receive updates from your personal page or specific classes.
Edit Subscribers
Update existing subscriber information, such as changing email addresses or contact preferences.
Delete Subscribers
Remove subscribers who no longer need to receive updates.
Important: Any changes you make to your Contact Lists will immediately affect who receives email updates for that personal page or class.
Subscriber Self-Management
Subscribers have control over their own experience:
They can opt out of updates at any time
They can manage their own subscription preferences
This helps ensure your contact lists stay current with engaged recipients
Finding Specific Subscriber Information
To see who is receiving updates for a particular page:
Navigate to Contact Lists
Look for the specific teacher's Personal Page list or the individual class list
Review the subscriber list to see all current recipients
This system helps you maintain clear communication with parents, students, and colleagues while giving them control over what updates they receive.
