The subscription service automatically monitors your Personal Pages and Class pages for new content. When you publish updates or post new assignments, the system compiles these changes and sends notification emails to all subscribers, eliminating the need for manual communication about routine updates.
Using subscriber lists to send newsletters
Because every subscriber is automatically added to a dedicated contact list in your CMS dashboard, teachers have access to a ready-made audience for classroom newsletters:
No Manual List Building: As parents subscribe throughout the semester, your Contact List grows automatically.
Teacher Newsletter Access: All teachers and instructional staff have permission to use the Edlio CMS Newsletters tool (under Communications > Newsletters).
