Sometimes you may need to review pages that have been removed from your school website. Your content management platform keeps track of all deleted pages, making it easy to see what was removed and when.
Accessing Deleted Pages
To view deleted pages:
Navigate to the Pages section of your content management platform
Click "View deleted pages" located at the top right of the screen
What You'll See
Once you access the deleted pages view, you'll see a complete list of pages that have been removed. The pages displayed depend on your permission level:
Teachers: You'll see deleted pages from sections you have editing permissions for
Administrators: You'll see all deleted pages from across the entire website
To view details about a specific deleted page, simply click on any row in the list.
Page Information Available
For each deleted page, you can view the following information:
Page title - The original name of the deleted page
Last modified date - When the page was last updated before deletion
Last modified by - Which user made the final changes to the page
Original section - Which section of your website the page was deleted from
This information helps you track what content was removed, when it happened, and who was responsible for the changes, making it easier to manage your school's website content effectively.
