Add name

After saving the Form, a Public Link will appear under the Form's name. You can also customize the URL by clicking the pencil icon.
Form Elements
Start building your form by dragging elements from the left-hand panel to the right. Once added, the element selected will expand.
Form Questions
After adding elements to your form, fill in the fields with questions you need answered. The responses to these questions will be saved with each form submission.
Bulk edit option lists
Fields that use a list of selectable options—Checkboxes, Multiple Choice, Dropdown Menu, and Table rows or columns—include a Bulk Edit link beside the Add Option controls. Bulk Edit lets you add, edit, or remove a large list of options at once instead of one at a time, which is helpful for option lists with 100 or more entries.
To bulk edit options:
Click Bulk Edit on any option-list field.
Paste or edit your options in the text box, entering one option per line.
Click Confirm. Your options appear in the field immediately.
Set required fields
Click the checkbox for Required Fields. Red asterisks will appear next to these fields on the public-facing website, and respondents cannot submit a Form without completing it.
Add hints to your form
Add Hints per Form element if you'd like to clarify your question.
Change question order
Use the handles to change the order of your questions. Simply grab them and you can drag and drop the elements.
Click Save in the bottom right to save your new form
