After creating your form, you can easily share it with families to gather information or payments efficiently. Maximize reach and impact of your form by sharing it with visitors and families.
Navigate to Forms
Access Sharing Options
Click on "Share". You can find this option in three different places:
In the ellipses menu on the Forms landing page.
In the actions menu at the top of your form.
At the bottom of your form, next to the save button.
Click "add to Site Navigation" to add the form to your site's main navigation.
The form will be added as the last item on the last menu.
Drag it to the desired position in any drop down menu.
Remember to Save!
Click "Add to News" to create a news story.
The Headline, Summary, and Content will be pre-filled. Review and edit as desired.
Confirm the "Post To" and delivery options, and add a featured photo if desired.
Save!
Click "Broadcasts" to quickly send out a message.
The Broadcast Name, Subject and Message will be pre-filled. Review and edit as desired.
Confirm the Channels, add Translations if desired, select Recipients and Delivery Options.
Send!
Click "Newsletter" to share by email.
The Subject and Message will be pre-filled. Review and edit as desired.
Select recipients and Delivery Options.
Send!
