Administrators with web/super admin privileges can create new calendars through the admin portal. However, for permanent calendar deletion, please submit a support ticket to our dedicated Support Team.
Calendar ID: 0 serves as the system's default calendar and cannot be deleted.

Currently, each Edlio calendar supports integration with a single external calendar source - either Google Calendar or Microsoft Office 365. Multiple external calendar connections per Edlio calendar are not supported at this time.

Only events that have been manually created within the Edlio admin site can be modified directly. You can identify these editable events by the presence of a delete option in the admin interface. Events imported through calendar integrations or pulled from other school sites cannot be edited in your admin portal. These non-editable events must be updated at their source—either through the integrated calendar application or at the originating school's admin site (which is indicated by the school name appearing in parentheses beside the event title). Any changes made at the source will automatically reflect in your calendar view after synchronization.
