Creating a New Post
Adding content to your school website is simple and straightforward. Follow these steps to create a new post:
Navigate to the Posts page in your content management dashboard
Click on the content type you want to create from the available options
Fill in your content using the editor that appears
Save or publish your post when you're ready
The system offers five different types of posts to suit various needs:
Text - For announcements, news articles, policy updates, and written content
Links - To share useful websites, online resources, or external articles
Photo - For event galleries, campus updates, student achievements, and visual content
File - To share documents like forms, newsletters, calendars, or handbooks
Video - For recorded events, educational content, welcome messages, or student showcases
Simply choose the type that best fits the content you want to share with your school community.
Editing Existing Posts
Need to update information or fix a typo? You can easily modify any post you've already created:
Go to the Posts page where all your content is listed
Find the post you want to change
Select the "Edit" option for that specific post
Make your changes in the editor
Save your updates to apply the changes to your live website
Your edits will be reflected on your school website immediately after saving.
Deleting Posts
When content is no longer relevant or needed, you can remove it from your website:
Locate the post you want to remove on the Posts page
Select the "Delete" option for that post
Confirm the deletion when prompted
Important Note: Deleting a post permanently removes it from your website. Make sure you really want to remove the content before confirming the deletion.

Review your content before publishing to ensure accuracy and proper formatting
Use clear, descriptive titles that help visitors understand what the post is about
Keep your content current by regularly reviewing and updating older posts
