Managing content on your school website is simple with our content management platform. Posts are where you can create and publish news updates, announcements, events, and other important information for your school community.
Two Ways to Access Posts
Method 1: Through the Main Dashboard
When you log into your school's website management system, you'll see the main dashboard. To access your posts:
Look for the Posts option on your dashboard
Click on Posts to open the posts management area
This is the most direct way to reach your posts and is perfect for quick access when you first log in.
Method 2: Using the Navigation Menu
You can also access posts through the main navigation menu:
Look for the menu icon (three horizontal lines) in the upper left corner of your screen
Click on the menu icon to open the navigation options
Select Posts from the menu
This method is helpful when you're already working in other areas of your website and want to switch to managing posts without returning to the main dashboard.
What You Can Do in Posts
Once you access the Posts section, you'll be able to:
Create new posts and announcements
Edit existing content
Schedule posts to publish at specific times
Organize posts by categories
Manage drafts and published content
Both access methods will take you to the same Posts management area, so choose whichever feels more convenient for your workflow.
