Overview
This guide explains how to temporarily disable user accounts and how to reactivate them when needed. Disabling an account prevents a user from logging in while preserving their data for future use.
What Happens When a User is Disabled?
When you disable a user account:
The account holder can no longer log in to the website
Their data and personal pages remain saved in the CMS
Their pages are hidden from the public website
Their name is removed from the Staff Directory
All changes are reversible - you can easily enable the account later

Navigate to User Management
