Overview
Share your forms directly with parents and community members through Email, Text, Voice, and Social media channels using the Mass Communication feature. This allows you to quickly promote your form across multiple communication channels.
How to Share a Form Through Mass Communication
Step 1: Access the Share Option
Navigate to your Forms list
Click the three dots (⋯) next to the form you want to share
Select Share from the dropdown menu
Step 2: Choose Mass Communication
In the Share form modal that appears, you'll see several sharing options. Click on Mass Communication under the "Share with your community" section.
Step 3: Review and Send
Your form information will automatically transfer to the Mass Communication dashboard where you can customize your message and send it through multiple channels.
Available Communication Channels
When you share through Mass Communication, you can distribute your form through:
Email - Send form links directly to email inboxes
Text - Share via SMS messages
Social Media - Post about your form on social platforms
App - Share Via App Push Notification and App NewsFeed
Voice is not included in the available channels, as forms can not be formatted for voice.
How Form Content is Formatted
Form title becomes the subject line
Email includes form description and direct link
Recipients can click to access the form immediately
Text Messages
Brief form description with direct link
Social Media
Brief form description with direct link
