Overview
Share your supply lists directly with parents and community members through Email, Text, and Social media channels using the Mass Communication feature. This allows you to promote supply list awareness and access across multiple communication channels without leaving the Supply Lists interface.
How to Share a Supply List Through Mass Communication
Step 1: Access the Share Option
Navigate to your Supply Lists
Click the three dots (⋯) next to the supply list you want to share
Select Share List from the dropdown menu
Step 2: Choose Mass Communication
In the Share supply list modal that appears, you'll see several sharing options. Click on Mass Communication under the "Share with your community" section.
Step 3: Review and Send
Your supply list information will automatically transfer to the Mass Communication dashboard where you can customize your message and send it through multiple channels.
Available Communication Channels
When you share through Mass Communications, you can distribute your supply list through:
Email - Send supply list links directly to email inboxes
Text - Share via SMS messages
App - Share Via App Push Notification and App NewsFeed
Social Media - Post about your supply list on social platforms
Voice is not included in the available channels as supply list can not be formatted for voice.
How Supply List Content is Formatted
Supply list title becomes the subject line
Email includes supply list description and direct link
Recipients can click to access the supply list immediately
Text Messages
Brief supply list description with direct link
Social Media
Brief supply list description with direct link
