Easily share supply lists with families!
Share All Lists
This is a great way to reach your entire community at once!
Navigate to Supply Lists
Click the "Share Lists" button to see all available options
Options will vary based on your permissions.
Click "Add to Site Navigation" to add Supply Lists to your site's main navigation.
Supply Lists will be added as the last item on the last menu.
Drag it to the desired position in any drop down menu.
Remember to Save!
Click "Add to News" to create a news story
The Headline, Summary and Content will be pre-filled. Review and edit as desired.
Confirm the "Post To" and delivery options, and add a featured photo if desired.
Save!
Click "Broadcasts" to quickly send out a message.
The Broadcast Name, Subject and Message will be pre-filled. Review and edit as desired.
Confirm the Channels, add Translations if desired, select Recipients and Delivery Options.
Send!
Click "Newsletter" to share by email
The Subject and Message will be pre-filled. Review and edit as desired.
Select recipients and Delivery Options.
Send!
Share One List
This is a great way to share targeted info with a specific set of families!
For example, if you are a kindergarten teacher you can send the Kindergarten Supply List to the parents of students in your class.
Navigate to Supply Lists
Find the list you want to share
Click the options menu and select "Share List" to see all available options
Options will vary based on your permissions.
Share options work the same way whether you're sharing one list or all lists, just follow the feature-specific instructions above.
