How to Read Email & Phone Activity

The "Email & Phone Activity" feature in the Edlio Mobile App provides detailed analytics on your organization's communication metrics. This guide explains how to access, interpret, and leverage these analytics to optimize your communication strategy. You can unsubscribe and resubscribe users to phone and email channels here.

Accessing Email & Phone Activity

  1. Log in to your EdlioApp admin panel at edlioapp.com

2. Navigate to Mass Communication on the dashboard

3. Click Email & Phone Activity from the Mass Communication dashboard

Understanding the Activity Dashboard

The Email & Phone Activity dashboard presents a comprehensive overview of your communication metrics:

  1. Channel tabs - Toggle between Email, Text, and Voice statistics

  2. Summary metrics - View key performance indicators at a glance

Email Activity Metrics

The Email tab displays the following key metrics:

  1. Date: When the message was sent

  2. Event: Content of the message

  3. Creator/Actor: Author of the message

  4. Status: Outcome of message

  • From here you can unsubscribe and resubscribe users from the email channel using the button in the top right hand corner

Phone (Voice/Text) Activity Metrics

Phone Activity will open to the Text tab. Please note you can tab over to Voice when needed.

The Text/Voice tab shows statistics for automated voice calls:

  1. Date: When the message was sent

  2. Event: Content of the message

  3. Creator/Actor: Author of the message

  4. Status: Outcome of message

  • From here you can unsubscribe and resubscribe users from the channel using the button in the top right hand corner
