News Archives provide website visitors with an intuitive and organized way to browse your school's news stories by month. This filtering system lets viewers easily find past updates without sifting through an overwhelming news list.

When News Archives is enabled, it becomes available for all news categories on your school website.

Only website administrators can enable News Archives. Regular users and teachers cannot access this setting.

From your main dashboard, navigate to the Settings feature.

Click on the News tab within Settings

Look for the option labeled "Show Monthly Archives"

Set the "Show Monthly Archives" option to "Yes"

Once enabled, visitors to your school website will see a News Archives menu for each news category. When visitors select a specific month, they'll see only the news stories that were published during that time period.
