Navigate to Password-Protected Area

The Password Protected Areas feature allows authorized administrators to create secure sections of your school website, manage existing protected areas, and control user access to restricted content.

Who Can Use This Feature

This feature is available to administrators who have been granted the necessary permissions to manage password-protected content.

Accessing Password Protected Areas

Follow these simple steps to access the Password Protected Areas management section:

  1. Open the Navigation Menu

    • Look for the hamburger menu (three horizontal lines) on your dashboard

    • Click on the hamburger menu to open the navigation options

  2. Navigate to Page Management

    • From the menu options, locate and click on "Page Management"

    • This will expand the page management options

  3. Select Password-Protected Areas

    • Within the Page Management section, click on "Password-Protected Areas"

    • You will now be taken to the Password Protected Areas management interface

What You Can Do

Once you've accessed the Password Protected Areas section, you can:

  • Create New Protected Areas: Set up new secure sections of your website

  • Manage Existing Areas: Edit or modify previously created protected areas

  • Add Users: Grant access to specific users who need to view protected content
