Important Things to Know

Unpublished Pages: Pages that haven't been published yet will still appear in your search results, so you can find and work on draft content.

Linked Pages: Some pages may be set up as links to other pages. These will appear in your search results but won't be clickable since they redirect elsewhere.

Personal Pages: The Search Pages modal covers Category Pages only. To find a Personal Page, switch to the Personal Pages tab on the Pages root.

Organization: Pages are displayed exactly as they're organized on your website, making it easy to understand your site's structure while searching.

Quick Tips for Efficient Searching

  • Use the search field when you know the page name or part of it

  • Browse categories when you're looking for pages on a specific topic

  • Expand and collapse sections to focus on the areas you need

  • Remember that all pages appear here, regardless of their publication status

This search feature makes managing your school website content faster and more organized, whether you're updating existing pages or looking for draft content to finish.
