Troubleshooting: Support Launcher Not Visible

If you don't see the Eddy chat icon, this typically occurs due to JavaScript or network restrictions.

Common Causes:

  • JavaScript disabled in browser settings

  • Ad blockers interfering with the launcher

  • Network restrictions blocking required domains

Solutions:

  1. Enable JavaScript: Verify JavaScript is enabled for your admin site in browser settings

  2. Configure Ad Blockers: Add your admin site URL to ad blocker exclusions or temporarily disable while using the admin site

  3. Network Allowlisting: For networks with security restrictions, contact your IT department to whitelist:

  • 52.70.27.159

  • 52.44.63.161

Domains:

  • *.intercom.io

  • *.intercom.com

  • *.intercomcdn.com

  • wss://*.intercom.io (WebSocket connections)

Note: Networks blocking Google Tag Manager may experience issues loading the support launcher.

After adjusting these settings, refresh your admin page and the support launcher should appear.
