Text Alerts & Voice Messages are sent from a previously designated phone number.
The number is assigned to your organization during the initial setup of text and/or voice messaging. While it cannot be your main phone number, it can usually be a new phone number within your area code.
The number remains constant for your organization. Parents can save it in their contacts to easily recognize incoming Text Alerts and Voice Messages.
