ℹ️ How Supply Lists Work (TeacherLists Integration): Supply Lists are powered externally through Edlio's partnership with TeacherLists (app.teacherlists.com/powerloader/edlio). There is no direct in-browser text editor inside the Edlio CMS or App dashboard to type or edit items line-by-line.
Turnaround & Workflow:
New Lists or Updates: Upload your document (PDF, Word, Excel, or image) directly to the TeacherLists Powerloader. TeacherLists digitizes the list, maps live store inventory (Amazon, Target, Walmart), and pushes it to your Edlio site in 1–2 business days (or up to 7–10 business days during peak back-to-school season).
Publishing: Once TeacherLists notifies you that your list is ready, you must log into your Edlio site and click Publish to make it visible to families.

If Supply Lists feature isn't available in your Edlio admin site, check if any of the following apply.
Feature disabled in Settings
Web admins can choose to enable or disable Supply Lists feature.
To enable Supply Lists, go to Settings --> Supply Lists and check the box "Enable Supply Lists to help parents easily purchase supplies online"
Other reasons
Website is for a district that has no separate school websites. In order to have supply lists on the district website, there must be at least one corresponding school website with an NCES ID.
Organization is located outside the USA.
NCES ID for organization is missing. Please contact support to add your NCES ID and get started using Supply Lists!
