Auto Notices no longer has its own dashboard tile or menu item. It's now part of Push & Social (formerly Broadcasts), where delivery activity shows up as a Delivery Report.
To get there, select Communications from your admin dashboard.
On the Communications landing page, select Push & Social.
Alternatively, you can get there using the hamburger menu.
Navigate to Communications → Push & Social.
This opens the Push & Social message list and delivery status view.
