Broadcasts support 102 languages, including English, for Email, Text message, and Social Media channels. The Voice channel supports 17 languages when sent using text-to-speech.
For push notifications, messages are translated automatically by the Edlio Access app instead of Broadcasts.
When sending translated Broadcast messages to Twitter, each translation will be sent as a separate tweet. All other channels (Email, Text, Voice, Facebook, Instagram) will deliver all translations together in a single message.
Add Translation
To add translation to your Broadcast message, click the Add Translation button and choose the language(s) you want to use. You can choose up to 3 translation languages.
Auto Translate
You can Auto Translate your Broadcast message or edit the translated text by unchecking Auto Translate.
Adding translation to all channels will translate all of the selected broadcast channels.
