Do payers receive a confirmation receipt?
Yes. As soon as a transaction is approved, the system generates an immediate on-screen confirmation and automatically emails a detailed receipt containing the school name, transaction ID, date, itemized fee breakdown, and total charged.
How are refunds processed?
Refunds can be initiated directly by administrators through your payment dashboard. Once issued, funds return to the payer's original card within 5–10 business days depending on their card issuer.
